Ask yourself this: why is it working now and it hasn't in the past?
Also, if you haven't already, make a 3-4 week goal. It's REALLY important that you find a way to keep going after the initial success. Too often we get off track even when things are going well. Need to move the goal out to keep yourself motivated. But, not too far. 3-4 weeks is good.
Looks like your logging your weight but not your diet. How come? How about exercise? Nothing lately? Even "that?" :-)
Let's get you back on track dude!
I saw your post in the forums and was hoping to help clear some things up for you. When Dean referred to CV, he simple means cardiovascular - any sort of activity that brings your heartrate up a lot.
Anytime someone is starting a routine, there are a couple simple things to remember. Do something you can keep doing 3-5 times per week, every week - this shouldn't ever end because there is no end to keeping your body in shape. So if there is a sport you can join (flag football?) that will help keep you interested as well. Also, there is a lot of terminology and information that is specific to the fitness world so pick up a couple intro books about weight lifting (even some of the older ones are very helpful), and maybe an issue of a couple mags like muscle and fitness and men's health - the information will help you get up to speed.
Another important note for starting out is that you should be working a circuit like Dean suggests. Start off with some cardio (CV) to warm your body up, and then do the resistance training. mix cardio between sets, and remember to keep up the intensity! if you don't push yourself you won't see results. Keep learning and your routine will adapt as your knowledge and body does as well.
Good luck!

Why is my goal to put on weight? I'm currently trying to continue to build lean mass - I feel I've got my body-fat level to a low enough level and now it's time to make some muscle gain hence my traineo goal :)
Good luck with your training
